HYPERSEAL® 25 LMS is a novel low modulus expansion joint sealant, with enhanced thixotropic properties. It cures by reaction with atmospheric humidity to produce a joint sealant with a 50% joint movement accommodation factor and excellent adhesion on substrates.
Movements due to thermal expansion & contraction which are both permanent and transient of concrete units leads to cracking when movement accommodation through expansion joints are not allowed. The expansion & construction joints in the concrete structure, shall be sealed in order to prevent passage of gases, liquids, solids or other undesired substances in to the gap or through them. HYPERSEAL® BUILDING EXPERT 150 is a low modulus expansion joint sealant, especially formulated to ensure bubble free cure even at very high temperature and humidity climatic conditions. It cures by reaction with atmospheric humidity to produce a joint sealant with a 50% joint movement accommodation factor and excellent adhesion on substrates.
Terrace can be exposed or non-exposed, whichever the case is, waterproofing differs for both the cases, PU products are an excellent choice as the light medium can provide UV resistance, be an anti-root barrier, possessing crack bridging capabilities responding to the changes in temperature and humidity. HYPERDESMO® CLASSIC cures with the atmosphere to produce highly elastic membrane with strong adhesion to many types of surfaces, also is elastomeric, hydrophobic and has an excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties.
