HYPERDESMO® SWR

HYPERDESMO® S-WR

HYPERDESMO® S-WR is a one component polyurethane fluid that cures with the humidity in the atmosphere. It produces a highly elastic, hydrophobic membrane and has been designed to offer excellent long-term waterproofing of wet rooms, substructures and any application not exposed to UV. The rheology of the material is such that it allows easy application even on vertical substrates.

TYPICAL SPECIFICATIONS

HYPERDESMO® S-WR shall be applied over a primer coat of AQUASMART-DUR/MICROSEALER 50 having CE certification according to the European Standard EN 1504-2. The cured membrane shall have elongation >1000 MPa, tensile strength >3 MPa and minimum surface hardness > 60 Shore A.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All waterproofing treatment performances are based on the soundness and suitability of the surface. The surface shall be cleaned from all loose materials, oil, laitance and any other construction debris. The surface shall be free from spalling and unevenness, if in case the surface is very uneven, then it shall be resurfaced using polymer modified repair mortars

APPLICATION OF PRIMER

AQUASMART® -DUR/MICROSEALER-50 shall be mixed well and applied using roller /brush over the prepared RCC surface as a primer that shall be self-cured.

JOINT FILLING

Joints and inner angles should be treated with polyurethane based sealant HYPERSEAL®-EXPERT-150 or HYPERSEAL®-25LM-S.

APPLICATION OF WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

HYPERDESMO® S-WR is mixed well and applied using brush, roller or airless spraying in one or two coats. The product has a CE certification according to the European Standard EN 1504-2. It is now easily applied even in multiple coats over the complex and vertical substrates.
