HYPERDESMO®-POLYUREA-2Κ-HC

HYPERDESMO® -POLYUREA-2K-HC is a two-component polyurea system, composed of 100% solids, for application by plural component spraying equipment. It is highly elastic and has a polymerization profile specially formulated for enhanced adhesion. It is highly recommended for commercial and industrial applications that require high levels of abrasion resistance and impact strength.

TYPICAL SPECIFICATIONS

HYPERDESMO® -POLYUREA-2K-HC shall be applied over a primer coat of AQUASMART-DUR/MICROSEALER 50 having CE certification for 25 years expected working life. The cured membrane shall have elongation >400 MPa, tensile strength >15 MPa, minimum surface hardness > 40 Shore D and tear resistance >100 KN/m.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All waterproofing treatment performances are based on the soundness and suitability of the surface. The surface shall be cleaned from all loose materials, oil, laitance and any other construction debris. The surface shall be free from spalling and unevenness, if in case the surface is very uneven, then it shall be resurfaced using polymer modified repair mortars

APPLICATION OF PRIMER

AQUASMART® -DUR/MICROSEALER-50 shall be mixed well and applied using roller /brush over the prepared RCC surface as a primer that shall be self-cured.

JOINT FILLING

Joints and inner angles should be treated with polyurethane based sealant HYPERSEAL®-EXPERT-150 or HYPERSEAL®-25LM-S.

APPLICATION OF WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

HYPERDESMO® -POLYUREA-2Κ-HC is mixed well and applied using two component spraying equipment. The product has a CE certification for 25 years expected working life. For abrasion resistance and colour protection, the aliphatic pigmented protective top coat is highly recommended (HYPERDESMO® -ADY-E/ AQUASMART® -TC 2K FLOOR PROTECT/ HYPERDESMO® -ADY-2K).
