HYPERDESMO^®-HAA

HYPERDESMO^®-HAA shall be applied using roller or brush over the coat primer GEODESMO 50. The cured membrane shall have Hardness-70 shore A, Tensile strength of 6.5 MPa and Elongation>400%. This product has achieved CE certification for expected working life.

All waterproofing treatment performances are based on the soundness and suitability of the surface. The surface shall be cleaned from all loose materials, oil, laitance and any other construction debris. The surface shall be free from spalling and unevenness, if in case the surface is very uneven, then it shall be resurfaced using polymer modified repair mortars.

GEODESMO 50 is applied with consumption of 100 gr/Sqmt on concrete, subject to substrate porosity. Although the material has such a fast curing profile. Application over it, is possible even the next day and up to 48 hours.

Joints and inner angles should be treated with polyurethane based sealant HYPERSEAL^®-EXPERT-150 or HYPERSEAL^®-25LM-S.

HYPERDESMO^®-HAA is applied with roller or brush over the coat of primer. Due to its unique formulation and its fast curing profile, it creates a rainproof skin within 2 hours after its application. This product is ideal for use during the winter months or in climates relatively low humidity. Furthermore, the fact that the minimum consumption can now achieved in only one thick coat reduces labour cost. The above mentioned recommended system of GEODESMO-50 plus HYPERDESMO^® –HAA allows same day concrete roof waterproofing application without the use of top coat. If you still need it, you may apply a top coat the following day.
