HYPERDESMO®-ADY 810

HYPERDESMO® -ADY 810 is a fully aliphatic, one component, self-levelling, with a good viscosity profile over a large temperature range that will cure to form a bubble free membrane and polyurethane liquid membrane designed for use as a top coat for traffic deck coating systems. It has excellent adhesion to HYPERDESMO® -CLASSIC, outstanding abrasion and scratch resistance, chemical and hydrolysis resistance. The UV resistance is excellent and the colour stability is secure whatever the colour that is recommended to be applied in only one coat.

Top-coating HYPERDESMO-POLYUREA-HC.
Top-coating on light roofing from metal or fibrous cement.
Main membrane and topcoat application in one single layer (on concrete/steel reinforced concrete or otherwise, on other substrates suitable for HYPERDESMO® application)
SURFACE PREPARATION

All waterproofing treatment performances are based on the soundness and suitability of the surface. The surface shall be cleaned from all loose materials, oil, laitance and any other construction debris. The surface shall be free from spalling and unevenness, if in case the surface is very uneven, then it shall be resurfaced using polymer modified repair mortars

APPLICATION OF PRIMER

AQUASMART® -DUR/ MICROSEALER-50 shall be mixed well and applied using roller /brush over the prepared RCC surface as a primer that shall be self-cured.

JOINT FILLING

Joints and inner angles should be treated with polyurethane based sealant HYPERSEAL®-EXPERT-150 or HYPERSEAL®-25LM-S.

APPLICATION OF WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

HYPERDESMO® -ADY 810 is used as a top coat of HYPERDESMO® range of products. It is applied in sequel layers using brush, roller or airless spraying. HYPERDESMO® -ADY 810 is CE certified as part of the HYPERDESMO® System, offering increased UV resistance and colour protection.
