HYPERDESMO^®-ADY 610

HYPERDESMO^® -ADY 610 is a fully aliphatic, one component, self-levelling with a good viscosity over a large temperature range that will cure to form a bubble free membrane and polyurethane liquid membrane. Upon curing, it produces a tough but highly elastic non-yellowing membrane. The product will retain its colour stability even when applied in dark colours, and especially when applied white it will have excellent solar reflectance for many years.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All waterproofing treatment performances are based on the soundness and suitability of the surface. The surface shall be cleaned from all loose materials, oil, laitance and any other construction debris. The surface shall be free from spalling and unevenness, if in case the surface is very uneven, then it shall be resurfaced using polymer modified repair mortars

APPLICATION OF PRIMER

AQUASMART^® -DUR shall be mixed well and applied using roller /brush over the prepared RCC surface as a primer that shall be self-cured.

JOINT FILLING

Joints and inner angles should be treated with polyurethane based sealant HYPERSEAL^®-EXPERT-150 or HYPERSEAL^®-25LM-S.

APPLICATION OF WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

HYPERDESMO^®-ADY 610 is used as a top coat of HYPERDESMO^® range of products. It is applied in sequel layers using brush, roller or airless spraying. HYPERDESMO^® -ADY 610 is CE certiﬁed as part of the HYPERDESMO^® System, offering increased UV resistance and colour protection.
